THE JB SEED 2009: JUMP GRANT

APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2009 ROUND NOW CLOSED - STAY TUNED FOR THE 2010 ANNOUNCEMENT EARLY IN THE NEW YEAR
Grants of up to $4000
10 opportunities exist, with at least 3 opportunities to Indigenous Musicians

The JB Seed JUMP grant is a dynamic opportunity for funding; this flexible resource seeks to fund musicians, musical technicians, and arts workers currently undertaking musical projects which will enable them to develop as artistic professionals and expand their income potential.

Projects supported could include, but are not limited to:

•   Touring
•   Marketing
•   CD Manufacturing
•   Professional Development (including funds for education, training, mentorships or internships)

You will need to tell us how the project you are planning to undertake will be a JUMP up in your ability to become a self-sustained artist. This category is available for projects to occur in Australia or if the opportunity exists ONLY overseas, then in an international setting.

We will NOT fund the following:
1. Purchase of Musical Equipment/Instruments
2. Recording, Mixing or Mastering
