| HOW TO APPLY |

Step 1. Read through the categories and decide which one you feel is most appropriate for your project.
Step 2. Download the appropriate application form for the category you wish to apply for
Either -
Print the form and complete the questions with blue or black pen in print - not cursive.
OR-
Complete the word document on your computer.
Step 3. Make sure you have completed the application form in it's entirety
Step 4. Ensure you have included the supporting documents/CD's - as listed on the checklist
Step 5. Submitting your application
All entries are to be submitted by post to the following address and you MUST state your project category on the envelope, for example:

TIMELINE & DEADLINES
Applications due: 17th March 2008
Applications must be post marked on or before 17th
March 2008.
1st round notified: 21st May 2008
If your application is successful you may be asked for further information.
Further information due: 4th June 2008
Final successful applicants notified: Mid July 2008
Funds dispersed: After 1st August 2008
Acquittal due: 30 days from completion of project

**IMPORTANT NOTES**
•We do not return any CD’s, photos etc, so please do not send anything that you need back.
•All decisions are final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
•It is your responsibility to notify us if the contact information you provide changes in any way.
•KEEP IT SHORT AND SUCCINT! We have designed these forms this size for a reason, please use only the space provided for your answers. If the application form is 3 pages when you download it, then it should only be 3 pages (plus supporting documents) when you return it to us.
